Strategic Sourcing Analyst (Procurement)

Salary: CAD 75,000 - 85,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage RFx processes and suppliers utilizing eProcurement tools.
• Lead sourcing projects for technology, travel, fleet, MRO, and facilities in line with Global Procurement policy.
• Develop category strategies and partner with stakeholders to review sourcing and contract execution procedures.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve indirect cost reductions.
• Facilitate supplier relationship and performance reviews to validate SLA compliance.
• Identify and develop new competitive supply sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of procurement-related experience.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
• Excellent MS Office Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Familiarity with eSourcing, eBuying tools, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence within a matrix environment.

Nice to have

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification.
