What you will do

• Coordinate logistics activities for the launch and implementation of a new Canadian Distribution Center.
• Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
• Conduct spot quoting for LTL and FTL shipments to secure cost-effective transportation options.
• Perform customs audits to ensure declared values align with compliance requirements.
• Reconcile delivered shipments against Bills of Lading (BOL) and track warranty claims.
• Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and resolve branch logistics requests.

Requirements

• College diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of shipping processes, carriers, and freight terms (LTL/FTL).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
