Location: Must be based on the East Coast of the US, Canada, or in Spain

hirify.global provides software to advance science, utilizing Nextflow to help scientists analyze and process complex datasets.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to document customer scientific requirements.
• Design and deliver customized hirify.global Platform demonstrations tailored to specific use cases.
• Support and configure proof-of-concept (POC) implementations and lead customer training.
• Develop technical documentation, demo scripts, and best-practice workflow templates.
• Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Professional Services, and Scientific Development.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of industry experience in technical pre-sales, services, or bioinformatics
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Nextflow
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix and at least one programming language (Python, R)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) or HPC
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Singularity) and Git

Nice to have

• Exposure to the hirify.global Platform and nf-core pipelines
• Knowledge of NGS data analysis pipelines and omics data formats
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• Prior customer-facing technical services experience
