What you will do

• Define and lead business plans for APAC expansion and key partners, impacting product and revenue strategies.
• Act as strategic advisor to top partners, leveraging data and technology for their growth.
• Lead projects turning data into actionable business cases and own key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Optimize business streams and cross-functional workflows for efficient scaling across markets.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders (Country and Regional GMs) on local marketing and tech needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must.
• 4-5 years in analytical business role (strategy consulting, startups, or investment banking), leading complex projects with measurable growth.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decisions and narratives for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to influence diverse stakeholders across cultures.
• Proactive mindset for ambiguity, high-stakes decisions, and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
