What you will do

• Coordinate all phases of customer DR exercises, including planning, scheduling, readiness reviews, and execution.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between internal technical teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties.
• Define and manage exercise scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and required deliverables.
• Track action items, decisions, issues, risks, and blockers throughout the lifecycle of each exercise.
• Document exercise results, lessons learned, and procedural gaps to maintain accurate records for future cycles.
• Maintain a current inventory of in-scope applications, exercise history, and remediation status.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, IT operations, or disaster recovery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work across internal technical teams and customer stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple parallel timelines and dependencies.
• Working knowledge of ITIL-based service management concepts (incident, change, problem management).
• Proficiency with project tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with backup/recovery operations, infrastructure operations, or cloud platform recovery.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, CAPM, or CBCP.
• Experience working with ServiceNow.
