Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for legal collections automation.
• Design and launch end-to-end automated workflows for case selection, document generation, and filing.
• Improve key metrics including recovery rates, cost per case, and resolution time.
• Develop decisioning logic using data segmentation and scoring models.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product performance.
• Manage integrations with external law firms, courts, and vendors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record of owning a product area or key initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience building operational or workflow-based products.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, DS, and Engineering.
• English: B2+ level required.
