What you will do
- Develop and execute the regional marketing plan for Brazil to generate and accelerate pipeline.
- Design ABM programs, executive roundtables, and account-specific plays for strategic public safety and enterprise accounts.
- Plan and lead regional events, including user forums, roadshows, industry conferences, and technical workshops.
- Adapt global messaging and assets for the Brazilian market through cultural adaptation rather than simple translation.
- Collaborate with regional channel partners to create co-branded demand generation programs.
- Manage the Brazil field marketing budget with full P&L accountability and vendor management.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Field Marketing or Demand Generation in B2B technology, with at least 3 years focused on the Brazilian market.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams selling to government, law enforcement, or defense agencies in Brazil.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven track record of building regional marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills for managing budgets and tracking pipeline attribution.
- Ability to operate autonomously as the most senior marketing person in the region.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish for broader LATAM coordination.
- Familiarity with digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative technology markets.
