What you will do
- Execute demand generation programs across Brazil to drive pipeline creation and support revenue targets.
- Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align on campaign priorities and improve lead conversion speed.
- Optimize lead management workflows, including routing, scoring, and follow-up processes.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging digital, content, and events to engage target accounts.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize messaging for the Brazilian market.
- Analyze campaign performance and attribution metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue impact.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Advanced Spanish proficiency.
- Must be based in Brazil.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or technology marketing environments.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
- Experience working within regional and global marketing structures.
