TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Recruiter (HR): Leading end-to-end recruiting for news, sports, entertainment, and technology verticals with an accent on APAC regional hiring strategy. Location: Must be based in Singapore with unrestricted work authorization; Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for news, sports, entertainment, and technology verticals, including internship programs.
- Drive regional hiring strategy for APAC autonomously, collaborating with leadership in London and teams in the US.
- Manage regional recruitment operations, including role advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to translate business needs into effective talent strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse and qualified talent.
- Lead the planning of Talent Acquisition events, including large conferences and onsite networking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruitment.
- Proven ability to translate business talent strategies into actionable recruiting plans.
- Experience leading and delivering significant recruiting initiatives or projects.
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience mentoring or developing other team members.
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced creative or tech-driven industries (media, entertainment, sports).
- Analytical mindset with experience using talent data and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
