What you will do

• Develop time standards and wage incentive plans while evaluating ergonomics and motion efficiency.
• Analyze staffing needs and adjust labor requirements based on production demand and plant capacity.
• Conduct job analyses to assess responsibilities, physical demands, working conditions, and skill levels.
• Collaborate with Engineering to perform efficiency studies, justify capital expenditures, and improve plant layout.
• Support production teams in resolving labor issues, grievances, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations regarding pay scales, performance, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting operations within unionized environments.
• Proficiency in computer-based tools and methodologies such as MOST, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing.
• No visa sponsorship.
