What you will do

• Inspect incoming electrical and electronic components (sensors, motors, PCBs) for conformance to drawings and standards.
• Conduct visual and functional testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and continuity testers.
• Manage non-conforming materials by creating Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and collaborating with suppliers for resolution.
• Maintain precise inspection records and component traceability within the ERP or quality management system.
• Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of all inspection tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement teams to resolve technical supplier-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma (DEC/DEP) in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or testing of electrical/electronic components.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, power supplies, and test jigs.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, datasheets, and technical specifications.
• Experience working with ERP systems or quality inspection software.
• English proficiency required (French is an asset).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IPC standards or CSA/UL certification practices.
