• Foster genuine relationships with local residents to grow the customer base.

• Promote the mission of ethical, local, and sustainable food shopping.

Requirements

• Based in Swindon or within commutable distance.
• UK valid driving licence (ideally).
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging manner.
• Resilience in handling rejection and a self-motivated approach to targets.
• Ability to work outdoors on foot daily in all weather conditions.
