Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Set and champion the creative vision across a portfolio of brand experience projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Creative Directors, ACDs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as a senior creative partner to key clients, translating business challenges into brand experience strategies.
• Own the creative success, health, and performance of a designated book of business.
• Integrate digital, content, and technology to enhance physical environments and activations.
• Balance creative ambition with real-world constraints such as budgets, timelines, and production realities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Portland, OR.
• 12+ years of experience in creative roles with proven senior leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio of brand experience work across retail, environments, events, and activations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluency in design and presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Figma.
