What you will do

• Define and own the overarching UX strategy for connected app experiences across Shark and Ninja brands.
• Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing UX team of designers at all levels.
• Partner with senior leadership in Product, Engineering, Industrial Design, and Marketing to align UX roadmaps with business goals.
• Establish and evolve UX design systems and best practices for mobile experiences on iOS and Android.
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive direction to elevate quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the integration of AI tools and emerging technologies into the design process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX design experience.
• 4+ years in a people management or leadership role overseeing a team of designers.
• Deep expertise in UX design for mobile experiences on iOS and Android.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA
