What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for UPS, battery, and DC power systems for domestic and international customers.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier I technical support issues.
• Perform independent root cause analysis on system failures using field data and service history.
• Conduct on-site visits to resolve critical or high-visibility customer issues.
• Develop and maintain internal technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Mentor and coach junior technical support engineers.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in power systems, UPS, or critical infrastructure support.
• Proven expertise in advanced electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Ability to perform domestic and international travel.
• Availability for after-hours on-call rotation.
