What you will do

• Master specific analysis tools and laboratory techniques.
• Design and execute technical experiments to deliver significant findings.
• Create presentations and update project progress in a standardized format.
• Develop and document formal working procedures.
• Collaborate with the Package Analysis team to support in-die electrical failure analysis.

Requirements

• Currently studying Material Sciences (Analytical, Molecular, or Physical Chemistry) at BSc or MSc level.
• Passion for a hands-on, lab-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented approach with a drive for perfection and ownership.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with intercultural awareness.
