What you will do

• Map out military maintenance activities (component repairs) feasible in hirify.global E&M’s current facilities.
• Analyze differences between civil and military component repairs, including requirements, procedures, tooling, and certification.
• Identify modifications or investments needed for military work in existing shops.
• Determine component repairs requiring dedicated military shops due to security, tooling, or specific requirements.
• Prepare advisory report with recommendations for management.

Requirements

• HBO or WO student (preferably in Engineering, Aviation Technology, or similar field)
• 6-month internship commitment
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Affinity with aviation and technology
