Sales Manager TRC (Food Packaging): Driving profitable growth of the Tetra Recart business in Vietnam and EMEA by winning new customers and maximizing existing account performance with an accent on market segmentation and value-based selling. Focus on mapping the can-food and ready-meal markets, converting prospects into customers, and executing strategic sales plans.

Location: Any hirify.global office in Vietnam (Travel up to 50%)

What you will do

  • Map and segment the can-food and ready-meal market to build a focused prospection pipeline.
  • Develop and sell clear value propositions for TRC to convert prospects into customers.
  • Own TRC sales performance for existing customers in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute the TRC business and sales plan, including pricing, portfolio, and capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment with local markets and global Processing, Services, and Marketing teams.
  • Support customers during start-up and ramp-up to ensure performance and value delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales or business development with proven success in new business and account growth.
  • Strong understanding of food and ready-meal markets and processing/packaging solutions.
  • Value-based seller with a strategic mindset and strong execution focus.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
