Salary: £46,000 - £66,000 (DOE, inclusive of shift allowances)

What you will do
- Sustain and improve mechanical and electrical yields to meet departmental targets.
- Monitor and improve Cpk levels and coordinate R&R studies on metrology equipment.
- Deliver technical projects focused on yield, cost, throughput, and process capability.
- Support new product and platform development through process development activities.
- Generate and maintain accurate Wafer Fab Operator Instructions.
- Ensure full adherence to departmental procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- HND or Degree in a relevant STEM discipline (Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related).
- 1+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a strong academic background as a graduate.
- Right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern of 12-hour shifts, including nights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Competency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
