What you will do

• Build and maintain accurate Revit models, drawings, documentation, and calculations aligned with project standards and BIM practices.
• Support coordination across disciplines using clash detection in Navisworks or ACC, resolving straightforward modeling issues.
• Update sheets, narratives, markups, and notes while managing model organization, links, worksets, and view templates.
• Participate in meetings, huddles, and reviews, communicating status, risks, and design decisions clearly.
• Contribute to QA, standards improvements, and basic GitHub documentation updates.
• Assist with site visits, submittal reviews, product research, and workflow enhancements as needed.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in AEC industry with proficiency in Revit modeling, drafting, construction documentation, and coordination.
• Experience maintaining Revit model structure including links, worksets, view templates, and organization.
• Familiarity with clash detection in Navisworks or ACC.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD; knowledge of Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills for managing multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology systems design (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi).
• Industry certifications: EIT, CDT, Revit/BIM/drafting.
