What you will do

• Architect and design intelligent, autonomous agentic AI workflows utilizing multi-agent collaboration and orchestration.
• Deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging hirify.global’s connectors and recipes to enable grounded, real-time LLM responses.
• Develop techniques for LLMs to reliably author complex behaviors and maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows.
• Provide technical advising, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients to tailor AI solutions to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing enterprise IT frameworks.
• Create custom product demonstrations and support product managers in defining technical and design specifications.

Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows.
• Deep knowledge of integration projects, middleware, API (RESTful, SOAP), and enterprise messaging patterns.
• 2-3 years of coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English for conveying complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with Integration Platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Event-driven architecture, or Process Automation via BPM or RPA.
