AI Engineer (LLM)

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade AI systems with full end-to-end ownership of architecture and code.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications in cloud environments.
• Work across the tech stack, including backend services, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Contribute to the development of AI architecture and evaluation frameworks.
• Deliver high-value solutions for major clients like Spotify, Visa, and Mojang on assignments lasting 6–24 months.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work in AI/ML engineering.
• Proven experience building agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and LLM applications in production.
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases, and AI evaluation.
• Strong backend skills in Python and/or TypeScript, Java, or Scala.
• Cloud-native expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Must have Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, or temporary/permanent residency.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
