What you will do

• Develop, configure, and optimize AI agents using hirify.global’s AI platform and tools.
• Build seamless integrations between AI agents and external systems including APIs, databases, and CRMs.
• Conduct interactive demos and present proof-of-concepts to prospective customers to iteratively refine solutions.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineering teams to identify product gaps and influence the roadmap based on real-world deployments.
• Gather technical requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable AI Agent solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture design, security considerations, and scalability planning for customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taiwan
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
