What you will do

• Deliver training programmes across various formats: classroom, online, webinars, and one-to-one sessions.
• Conduct training needs analysis with learners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Design and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
• Prepare technical training environments, including IT equipment and learning platforms.
• Provide shadow support during live sessions to resolve system issues and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and outcomes.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in learning and development with a proactive approach to self-development.
• Above average IT skills and a foundational grasp of IP networking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex systems simply.
• Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to others.
