Location: Must be based in or able to commute to hubs in London, Salford, or Newcastle on a hybrid basis

What you will do
- Define and deliver the overall vision and roadmap for the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
- Translate organizational needs into product outcomes for analytics, personalization, and experimentation.
- Drive the adoption and usability of the platform across 's internal teams.
- Ensure the platform meets strict requirements for data quality, governance, and security.
- Integrate industry best practices and external insights into the data platform strategy.
Requirements
- Proven product management expertise in strategy and execution across multiple squads.
- Experience line-managing product managers or coaching PM craft.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical products within data or platform environments.
- Strong technical literacy in modern data platforms, event-driven architectures, and streaming pipelines.
- Ability to define and communicate product impact using data and write compelling product narratives.
- Ability to work from UK hubs (London, Salford, or Newcastle) on a hybrid basis
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance in complex organizational settings.
- Knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as Kano, ICE, or Impact vs Effort.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices and iterative product development.
