What you will do

• Define and deliver the overall vision and roadmap for the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
• Translate organizational needs into product outcomes for analytics, personalization, and experimentation.
• Drive the adoption and usability of the platform across hirify.global's internal teams.
• Ensure the platform meets strict requirements for data quality, governance, and security.
• Integrate industry best practices and external insights into the data platform strategy.

Requirements

• Proven product management expertise in strategy and execution across multiple squads.
• Experience line-managing product managers or coaching PM craft.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical products within data or platform environments.
• Strong technical literacy in modern data platforms, event-driven architectures, and streaming pipelines.
• Ability to define and communicate product impact using data and write compelling product narratives.
• Ability to work from UK hubs (London, Salford, or Newcastle) on a hybrid basis

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance in complex organizational settings.
• Knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as Kano, ICE, or Impact vs Effort.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices and iterative product development.
