What you will do

• Localise and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the UK & Ireland to drive measurable commercial impact.
• Act as the voice of the UK market by providing customer insights and competitive intelligence to regional strategy teams.
• Train and enable the local sales team on key messaging, competitive positioning, and campaign priorities.
• Support end-to-end execution of product launches, including internal readiness and compliant local adaptation of materials.
• Plan and deliver country-level events and customer programmes to maximise engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with the UK sales organisation and European marketing team to align product expertise with local market needs.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing or commercial roles within a complex, regulated, or technical environment (MedTech or healthcare is advantageous).
• Proven ability to translate regional strategy into effective local execution across the UK & Ireland.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence sales teams and senior customers.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom
