What you will do

• Execute a regional business plan to deliver new business targets and maximize adviser engagement.
• Build long-term partnerships with IFAs and financial adviser firms using a structured, data-led approach.
• Promote hirify.global's range of investment solutions, including MPS and passive funds.
• Deliver professional adviser presentations, seminars, and technical sessions.
• Oversee the onboarding of new firms to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Utilize tools such as Financial Express and Touchstone to identify and monitor growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven success in a field-based sales or business development role within the investment platform or financial services market.
• Strong existing network of IFA and adviser firm relationships in the North West.
• In-depth understanding of platform propositions, SIPP, and investment solutions.

Nice to have

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s platform, Bulk Dealing, and Model Portfolios.
• Excellent planning, negotiation, and influencing skills.
