What you will do

• Develop and execute hirify.global’s PSP partnership strategy, aligning target partners with global product and geographic goals.
• Own end-to-end relationships with PSPs, including contract negotiations, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure high-performance integrations.
• Monitor PSP performance metrics (volume, conversion, approval rates) and drive value creation through dashboards.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on payment capabilities, market trends, and global regulatory requirements.
• Identify and launch new partnership opportunities such as embedded payments and alternative payment methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
• Background in retail, payments, technology, and/or ecommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Location: Must be based in London
