What you will do

• Set and deliver the organic growth strategy for bingo and casino, aligning with acquisition and revenue targets.
• Own forecasting, tracking, and reporting of organic metrics using GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Lead and develop the Organic team and manage external SEO and ASO agency partnerships.
• Oversee the onsite content roadmap and editorial calendar across multiple markets.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Implement ASO strategies across iOS and Android platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing organic traffic and revenue in competitive or regulated industries (e.g., gambling, finance).
• Hands-on SEO expertise (technical, on-page, content) and working knowledge of ASO.
• Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Sistrix.
• Experience leading teams and managing agency relationships.
• Strong project management skills for handling multiple priorities across different markets.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from Leeds, Sunderland, Dublin, or Gibraltar.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco).
• Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
• Degree in marketing, English, communications, or a related field.
