Head of SEO (Fintech): Own the entire SEO strategy across content, technical, off-page and AI search for a UK fintech rebranding to Zable with an accent on building the function from scratch and driving organic traffic and revenue growth. Focus on setting ambitious targets, hiring and managing the team, and integrating AI into SEO workflows.

Location: Hybrid in London (office Tuesdays-Thursdays, work from home Monday and Friday)

What you will do

• Own SEO strategy and roadmap across Zable, hirify.global and Autolend, setting targets for traffic, revenue and visibility
• Define content strategy partnering with editorial, brand and product teams
• Lead AI search approach including LLM visibility
• Hire, manage and develop SEO team starting with Technical SEO Specialist
• Build operating model deciding on in-house, agency and automated work
• Execute technical SEO, content output, link-building and digital PR
• Apply AI in keyword research, content production, optimisation and reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years in SEO, 2–3 years leading for consumer brand
• Track record growing organic traffic and revenue at scale
• Strong in content, technical and off-page SEO
• Experience shaping content strategy and partnering with editorial, brand, product
• Sharp view on AI search (LLM, AI Overviews, GEO)
• Strong commercial communicator with finance, product, engineering
• Demonstrable AI use in SEO workflow

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, regulated or YMYL categories
• Building SEO function from scratch
• Hiring and managing technical SEO and content specialists
• Programmatic SEO experience
