What you will do

• Own the end-to-end paid social strategy and execution for the Spanish market across bingo and casino acquisition.
• Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the Spanish paid social budget to deliver against CPA, ROI, LTV, and volume targets.
• Brief creative teams on market-relevant assets tailored specifically to the Spanish audience.
• Partner with Brand, Compliance, and regional teams to align market activity.
• Deliver performance reporting, forecast risks, and share best practices with the wider team.

Requirements

• Experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, ideally within gambling, betting, or other regulated industries.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and Snapchat Ads platforms.
• Solid analytical skills with experience using GA4, platform reporting tools, and Excel.
• Experience working on the Spanish market; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with clear communication skills.

• Understanding of Spanish gambling regulations and their impact on paid social.
• Experience launching or scaling campaigns in new markets.
• Knowledge of attribution models beyond platform reporting.
