What you will do

• Drive commercial retention and account growth by identifying and optimizing new opportunities in the digital landscape.
• Define and lead community strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and advocacy of solutions.
• Execute and scale marketing initiatives for Life Science and Engineering portfolios in partnership with product teams.
• Build and activate customer advocacy by identifying and developing champions within the corporate community.
• Apply a data-driven approach to create measurable impact through value-based engagement and usage insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and optimizing digital marketing or buyer/user engagement channels.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights and measure marketing impact.
• Solid understanding of user adoption, user experience, and lifecycle engagement strategies.
• Experience working within B2B or complex product/portfolio environments.
• Interest in or hands-on experience applying AI tools in marketing and optimization.
