TL;DR
Regional Marketing Specialist (Medtech): Plan, produce, and execute targeted marketing campaigns supporting sales, public procurement, and customer value creation in the Finnish market with an accent on B2B/B2G strategies, content localization, and event management. Hybrid (Helsinki or Salo office, Finland). Must hold valid EU work authorization and be eligible to work in Finland.

What you will do
- Report to Sales Director and collaborate with Finnish Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve shared goals
- Plan, produce, and execute targeted marketing campaigns supporting sales and growth
- Build and maintain customer references, evaluation sites, and cooperation for sales and tenders
- Produce value-based content, user stories, impact materials, and local proof points for public procurement
- Adapt and localize group-level marketing campaigns and materials for Finnish public sector
- Plan and execute customer events, webinars, trade fairs, and communication activities for visibility
Requirements
- Native-level Finnish and excellent English skills
- At least 3 years in B2B or B2G marketing
- Experience with Nordic or Finnish market
- Strong content creation, campaign planning, digital marketing tools (HubSpot), social media, and project management skills
- Relevant bachelor's/master's degree (e.g., marketing)
- Hands-on, self-directed, results-oriented, collaborative professional understanding business and public procurement

- Experience in medtech or welfare/age tech
- Other Nordic languages
