What you will do

• Manage end-to-end relationships with influencer and affiliate partners, including regular communication and content alignment.
• Monitor and report on partner effectiveness using metrics such as CPA, conversion rates, and customer quality.
• Identify and prospect new influencer and affiliate partners to expand the growth network.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager partners (e.g., JP Morgan) to execute successful co-marketing initiatives.
• Work with the broader Marketing Team to support growth across different account types and relationships.
• Contribute strategic ideas to enhance the company's overall proposition and growth efforts.

Requirements

• Experience or a strong desire to work in B2C partnerships, marketing, or sales.
• Passionate about social media, content marketing, and personal finance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate why specific campaigns succeeded or failed.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to be hands-on and solve problems independently.
