What you will do

  • Define and evolve the multi-year strategy and vision for the Marketing department in alignment with company goals.
  • Design and run the business operating cadence, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and OKR tracking.
  • Lead critical, cross-functional programs and change initiatives, managing dependencies and risks across multiple departments.
  • Directly manage and mentor a high-performing team of professionals across Strategy, Business Operations, and Program Management.
  • Oversee the implementation of privacy and legal requirements, including DMA and DSA legislation, in coordination with the Chief Privacy Officer.
  • Act as a primary strategic thought partner to the CMO and the Marketing Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or business operations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders at the VP, SVP, or ELT level in complex global organizations.
  • Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing senior talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Data preferred.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, advanced stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
