DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Location: Remote within Europe, Albania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Plan infrastructure and environment architecture and maintain existing environments.
• Design, implement, and improve Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, YAML templates, and automation.
• Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments using Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issues.
• Implement security controls, secrets management, access control, incident response, and post-incident improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, Azure Repos governance, build agents, and Azure Artifacts.
• Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible, plus scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, infrastructure and application security, secrets management, TLS certificates, least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English required.

Nice to have

• AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, LLM-powered services, or production AI workloads.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, AI-related CI/CD automation, or AI data protection and audit logging.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
