TL;DR
Middle DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Azure DevOps): Building and maintaining scalable Kubernetes environments and CI/CD automation with an accent on infrastructure reliability, security, and operational efficiency. Focus on designing reusable Azure DevOps pipelines, troubleshooting production systems, managing secrets and access controls, and supporting incident response.

What you will do
- Plan infrastructure and environment architecture.
- Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issues.
- Implement security practices, secrets management, access control, incident response, and post-incident improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, Azure Repos governance, build agents, and Azure Artifacts.
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible, Bash and Python or PowerShell scripting, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of infrastructure and application security, secrets management, TLS certificates, least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments.
- Upper-Intermediate English level required.
Nice to have
- AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC.
- Experience with AI infrastructure, LLM-powered services, or AI workloads in production.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, AI-related CI/CD automation, or AI coding assistants.
- Knowledge of AI data protection and audit logging practices.
