What you will do

• Set up and grow the AI Community within Mortgages to connect colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Create engaging communication flows to keep employees informed and involved in AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with the AI Core Team to link high-level strategy to daily operational practice.
• Help establish structures and governance for responsible AI development.
• Act as a catalyst for change, transforming AI ideas into actionable results across different teams.

Requirements

• Student at a university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO) in Business, Technology, Data, or Innovation.
• Proactive mindset and curiosity about the intersection of business and AI.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to connect stakeholders and people.
• Structured and goal-oriented approach to creating impact.
• Comfortable taking initiative within a professional and complex organization.
