What you will do

• Lead strategic AI partnerships to accelerate hirify.global's AI and agentic product roadmap.
• Partner with executives, product, engineering, legal, and finance on build/buy/partner decisions.
• Identify, structure, and negotiate partnerships with AI players (frontier models, hyperscalers, data providers, social platforms, model infrastructure).
• Translate product and technical requirements into scalable partnership frameworks and pipeline.
• Provide insights on the evolving AI landscape to inform product and company strategy.
• Support corporate development including diligence, deal structuring, and onboarding of partners or acqui-hires.
• Own broader product partnership needs like embedded integrations (payments, SMS, CRM, ecommerce).

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Partnerships or Business Development, with significant experience in AI and agentic ecosystems.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of the AI/agentic stack (models, inference, orchestration, data, platform APIs) to hold technical conversations.
• Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders to drive partnership outcomes.
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Track record of closing high-impact AI partnerships that accelerated a product roadmap.
