What you will do

• Design, train, and improve ML models for the hirify.global platform, focusing on production readiness.
• Take ownership of existing AI/ML solutions and gradually internalize them from external partners.
• Establish and mature internal ML development environments, data pipelines, and monitoring workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into measurable ML use cases.
• Integrate ML models into .NET-based backends and APIs in a scalable and secure manner.
• Contribute to an AI integration layer to enable flexible use of various AI services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning in production.
• Strong software engineering skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience deploying ML models as services (APIs, batch jobs, pipelines).
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, data leakage, bias, and concept drift.
• Must be located in or near Vilnius, Kaunas, Stockholm, or Copenhagen.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure ML.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, or generative AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning).
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.
