TL;DR
Machine Learning Engineer (SaaS): Designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models for an employee engagement platform with an accent on production readiness and long-term maintainability. Location: Hybrid: Must be located in or near Vilnius, Kaunas, Stockholm, or Copenhagen
Salary: EUR 5,000–5,500 gross

What you will do
- Design, train, and improve ML models for the platform, focusing on production readiness.
- Take ownership of existing AI/ML solutions and gradually internalize them from external partners.
- Establish and mature internal ML development environments, data pipelines, and monitoring workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into measurable ML use cases.
- Integrate ML models into .NET-based backends and APIs in a scalable and secure manner.
- Contribute to an AI integration layer to enable flexible use of various AI services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning in production.
- Strong software engineering skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
- Experience deploying ML models as services (APIs, batch jobs, pipelines).
- Solid understanding of model evaluation, data leakage, bias, and concept drift.
- Must be located in or near Vilnius, Kaunas, Stockholm, or Copenhagen.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure ML.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, or generative AI.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning).
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.
