What you will do

• Lead the full UX design process for legal AI products, including interaction flowcharts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design interaction patterns and feedback mechanisms tailored to AI Agents and user mental models.
• Conduct comprehensive user research through interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing to uncover unmet needs.
• Perform market analysis and competitive research on domestic and international legal AI tools.
• Act as the UX bridge between local and global technology teams to ensure consistency in design systems and AI interaction patterns.
• Support product launches and pre-sales by creating demo materials and presenting design philosophy to key customers.

Requirements

• English: Excellent proficiency (C1) required for technical discussions and daily communication with global colleagues.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Beijing.
• 5+ years of UX design or engineering experience, with at least 2 years deeply involved in AI products (conversational AI, LLMs, etc.).
• Proficiency in Figma (including components and variants) and Sketch.
• Hands-on experience with the full user research cycle from planning to implementation.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS for efficient collaboration with UI engineers.

Nice to have

• UX design experience in legal tech, SaaS B2B, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• A design portfolio featuring at least one complete AI product case study.
