Salary: $161,520 – $348,840

What you will do
- Lead global transfer pricing audits across multiple jurisdictions and manage interactions with tax authorities.
- Execute multilateral dispute resolution programs, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
- Design and execute transfer pricing optimization and planning initiatives aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Support M&A activity, focusing on acquisition integrations, post-deal structuring, and operational alignment.
- Lead valuation projects for intercompany transactions and business restructurings.
- Direct complex cross-border special projects involving BEAT, WHT, and financial transactions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in transfer pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
- In-house experience within large multinational organizations, ideally combined with Big 4 consulting experience.
- Proven ability to autonomously execute complex projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical issues into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
