What you will do

• Lead global transfer pricing audits across multiple jurisdictions and manage interactions with tax authorities.
• Execute multilateral dispute resolution programs, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
• Design and execute transfer pricing optimization and planning initiatives aligned with the company’s business strategy.
• Support M&A activity, focusing on acquisition integrations, post-deal structuring, and operational alignment.
• Lead valuation projects for intercompany transactions and business restructurings.
• Direct complex cross-border special projects involving BEAT, WHT, and financial transactions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
• In-house experience within large multinational organizations, ideally combined with Big 4 consulting experience.
• Proven ability to autonomously execute complex projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical issues into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
