What you will do

• Develop and lead the global tax strategy aligned with the business model, risk appetite, and long-term objectives.
• Oversee global tax compliance and reporting across all jurisdictions, including income, withholding, premium, and indirect taxes.
• Design and maintain robust transfer pricing policies for insurance and reinsurance operating models.
• Manage the organization's approach to OECD initiatives, including BEPS and Pillar Two.
• Lead tax planning and execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and legal entity restructuring.
• Advise executive leadership on tax implications of capital structure, reinsurance arrangements, and jurisdictional expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; CPA strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive insurance tax experience in multinational financial organizations or top professional services firms.
• Deep technical expertise in global corporate tax, international tax, and transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance operating models and related tax considerations.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and operate effectively at the executive level.
