What you will do

• Administer formal insolvency appointments and restructuring engagements.
• Manage case files, statutory records, and engagement documentation.
• Analyze financial and operational data from clients, directors, and creditors.
• Conduct research and background checks for regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence for courts and regulators.
• Perform financial analysis, data entry, and reconciliations to support effective delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience, preferably within an international accounting firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willing and able to work overtime at short notice as required.

Nice to have

• Experience dealing with insolvency and/or restructuring assignments in the financial sector.
• Experience in the Cayman Islands or another offshore jurisdiction.
