What you will do

• Lead discovery engagements to transform complex business challenges into digital transformation roadmaps.
• Shape the global payments practice by building accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate directly with executives of fintechs, PSPs, and payment platforms to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
• Guide delivery teams to ensure technical solutions align with industry best practices.
• Support pre-sales and client pursuits, contributing to RFP/RFI responses and proposal narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the payments domain, combining industry expertise with product management.
• Deep understanding of payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard), issuers, acquirers, and PSPs.
• Knowledge of core payment processes and regulatory standards including PCI DSS, SEPA, SWIFT, and Nacha.
• English: C1 level required for effective communication with subject-matter experts and C-level stakeholders.
• Proven skill in process analysis, benchmarking, and structured problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience working with e-commerce merchants and payment gateway integrations.
• Industry certifications such as CPP, VPP, MPP, APRP, AAP, or PCIP.
• Expertise in collaborating with engineering teams on product roadmaps and conversion optimization.
