What you will do

• Manage and maintain core sales applications, including SAP IBP and Alloy.ai, to ensure efficient performance.
• Coordinate system upgrades, refreshes, and integrations to maintain operational continuity.
• Respond to end-user support requests and manage user access roles and compliance.
• Lead the creation and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze regional retailer and distributor forecast plans to align with financial objectives.
• Lead small to medium cross-functional initiatives, including documentation and system upkeep.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business systems management, sales operations, or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, Alloy, or similar planning and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, or Python.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or DOMO.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in San Mateo, CA.
