What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day governance of Market Development Funds (MDF), Partner Initiative Fund (PIF), and Rebate programs.
• Manage end-to-end payment processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and accruals for all funded programs.
• Maintain and optimize the online Partner Portal content and design using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Create and update program collateral, guides, and operational email templates to ensure consistency across channels.
• Lead operational projects to automate business processes and improve the overall partner experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations on reporting and policy design.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Program Management or Channel Incentives within the tech industry.
• Deep practical experience managing funded programs and financial incentives (e.g., MDF).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects to strict deadlines.
• Experience with website management, CMS tools, and page design.
• Numerical proficiency and experience managing large program budgets.
• Must be based in Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or Coupa.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
