Location: Must be residents of Washington (WA). Hybrid for those near Tukwila HQ (Tuesdays & Wednesdays), otherwise primarily remote within approved WA locations.

Salary: $173,500.00 - $211,900.00

What you will do

• Lead C&I lending teams to grow business member relationships and service engagement.
• Drive business development via referral networks and active prospecting.
• Oversee relationship management, credit selection, and loan structuring.
• Manage and optimize the business banking portfolio for strategic growth and risk mitigation.
• Coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning for membership growth and non-interest income.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Washington state.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with business banking sales teams.
• 5+ years of commercial credit and relationship management experience in small to mid-sized commercial banking.
