What you will do
- Lead strategic initiatives like Pricing Transformation, Assortment Rationalization, and Dynamic Pricing Roadmap.
- Develop end-to-end business cases with market analysis, financial modeling, implementation roadmaps, and risk assessments.
- Conduct deep dives on commercial questions and design governance models for decision rights and performance tracking.
- Create executive-ready presentations, memos, and data visualizations for C-suite and Board audiences.
- Manage program progress, governance cadences, and cross-functional coordination across data science, commercial, and regional teams.
- Monitor industry trends and synthesize implications for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in strategy, consulting, or analytically driven roles with proven commercial impact.
- Strong problem-structuring, financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, BI platforms, and partnering with C-suite on high-stakes decisions.
- Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and data visualization abilities.
- Commercial acumen in P&L, pricing, merchandising, promotions, and inventory economics.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- MBA or management consulting background.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or consumer goods.
- Exposure to pricing, revenue management, or merchandising strategy.
