What you will do

• Develop metric trees and design data marts to support strategic product decisions.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities for the product.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards for continuous performance tracking.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize Element adoption and donation conversion rates.
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from product teams to solve specific business problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product or Data Analyst.
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
• English: B1 or higher required for documentation and communication.
• Russian: Required as the team primarily communicates in Russian.
