What you will do

• Conduct statistical analysis and visualizations to identify yield limiters and construct process roadmaps.
• Extract insights from data using statistical methods, machine learning, and coding techniques.
• Develop tools and multivariate algorithms for high-volume data analysis and Pareto construction.
• Perform fault isolation and failure analysis to determine the root causes of defects.
• Drive improvements to measurement recipes to ensure manufacturability and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug yield limiters and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Materials Science, MechEng, CS, etc.) with 2+ years of relevant metrology experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ years.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to work a modified Shift 7 (Wednesday to Saturday).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as JMP, JSL, and SQL/SQL Pathfinder.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and process modeling.
• Detailed knowledge of substrate, assembly, and fab back-end processes.
• Prior experience in defect reduction or module engineering roles.
